Client Liaison

Our clients expect us to be professional in all aspects of our business. Our preferred means of dealing with our clients is to have regular meetings to formulate the programme and means of utilizing the SYS yacht. We recommend setting an annual programme for the SYS yacht and once this has been settled to meet regularly to plan the detail around exploiting each activity for the SYS yacht. We encourage our clients to come sailing as often as possible so they get first hand experience of an SYS yacht and the ability to exploit it for the benefit of their organization. Equally we like to visit our client's offices and meet its staff and to understand the corporate culture so that we can reflect this in our operations for our client. SYS are willing to have its staff work in-house for a client to promote the SYS-client relationship.

We find that regular meetings promote rapport and understanding between SYS and its client and help build an understanding to enable SYS and our client to work efficiently and effectively together.

Our staff are available at all times for our clients and each SYS yacht is equipped with state of the art satellite communication to beam live footage of sailing operations to our client and appropriate press. No matter where our yacht is our client will be able to contact it anytime.
